I'm sorry to give this negative rating, but it cannot be visited!! You can only walk around it... it's all dilapidated. There is no way to enter. The adjacent structure is dangerous as it has an unsafe roof. The park is beautiful and it was nice to walk around but it's really a shame that no one takes care of this beautiful place from a lost time.
